What are the badges made of?
+There are three (3) offerings of material. Plastic is the entry level material, The next is our acrylic and metal make up the premium variety

What is the maximum and minimum quantity of badges?
+The minimum is One (1) and there is no maximum quantity.

Can I see a proof of every name?
+You will be provided with a typical setup/layout and the names will be merged at the printing process

What if some of the names in my list are very long, will they get cut off in production?
+No, they will not get cut off. We will make any modifications to font size at the time of printing.

How does the magnet fastener work?
+There is a metal plate on the back of the badge. The magnet part of the badge goes on the inner side of the garment and "attracts" to the metal plate to hold it in place.

Do I need to pay first before the badges are dispatched?
+Yes, payment is required before any goods are produced and dispatched. Payment methods accepted are MasterCard, Visa and Amex and EFT.

I've just placed and paid my order and I made a mistake. What do I do?

Can you print in full colour and does that affect the pricing?
+Yes we print directly onto the badges in full digital colour high resolution. The number of colours or combination of colours is unlimited and does not affect the pricing.

How long is my order going to take to produce and dispatch?
+You choose the dispatch date from the calendar widget.

What is the normal delivery time once the order has been dispatched?
+We cannot guarantee any parcel delivery dates from our 3rd party contractors. You choose normal or express postal service. Express e-Parcel maybe as fast as the next business day. You are able to track your parcel from the consignment number provided when your order is despatched

What image/logo formats are accepted?
